Futuro Tropicale and Le Macchine join forces for Velenoso, released by Manchester label To Rack & Ruin as part of the tenth volume in its series of dancefloor-oriented edits.
Velenoso unfolds slowly over almost eight minutes. A persistent groove supports acidic details, dub-like space, guitars and a bassline that keeps the track in constant motion. Rather than moving through conventional sections, the arrangement develops through accumulation: elements surface, disappear and return, gradually transforming the atmosphere without breaking its hypnotic pull.
Velenoso was later included in Rack Em Out Vol. 2, a digital collection bringing together material from the second group of To Rack & Ruin releases
