Dove Quiete + Sapo feat. Soloteresa – Il Passero Smarrito EP
Il Passero Smarrito is a new chapter in the ongoing collaboration between Sapo and Guglielmo Prati, aka Dove Quiete, producer and founder of Muovo Musica Records. After working together on Alien Dancer EP and on two tracks from Now Is Future EP, Dove Quiete and Sapo return to the Milan-based label with its fifth release, joined this time by Solo Teresa on vocals.
The EP contains four tracks, “Respirare,” “Il Passero Smarrito,” “My Lord” and “Miss Patty”. And moves freely between acid, bass, electro, punk, Italo disco and techno. Instead of treating these influences as separate genres, the record allows them to collide: forceful rhythms and acidic electronic textures meet darker passages, brighter melodic moments and an intentionally raw energy. Solo Teresa’s vocal presence adds another dimension to the electronic framework, giving the tracks a human, unpredictable character and pushing the music beyond the boundaries of purely functional club material.
Written and produced by Sapo, Guglielmo Prati and Solo Teresa, Il Passero Smarrito EP was mastered by Claudio Brioschi at Prisma Sonoro Studio in Milan. Released in 2025 as MUOVO05, it is available digitally and as a limited-edition 12″ vinyl through Muovo Musica Records on Bandcamp.
